As with all software, there will be teething issues (pun intended) when you start using the DM app. Do not worry. Take your time, and we will walk you through it.

Q: Which is better: DM cheek retractor or DM Scanbox Pro?

DM Scanbox Pro is BETTER than the DM cheek retractor.

Between your in-clinic appointments, there are a total of 4 parties that look at your DM scans! 

    1) The sophisticated AI technology behind the DentalMonitoring (DM) App.

    2) The clinical team of DM who are based in Paris, France.

    3) MyBracesClinic’s DM team 

    4) Your Orthodontist

 

Q: How long does it take to get a response in the DM app after a scan has been submitted?

Depending on the time of day, you should receive a response in the DM app within a few hours and no later than half a day. This gives the DM AI enough time to analyze your teeth and bite thoroughly  and filter down the check processes.

 

Q: I prefer to receive my DM notifications, e.g., 9:30 p.m. How do I set this up?

If you have a preferred time to receive DM notifications, you can change this as shown in the picture above. 

 

Q: How do I switch easily between the DM accounts of my 2 kids?

If you have 2 kids using DM, let our DM team know so that we can add you as the ‘Guardian’ to both kids in the DM app via our admin dashboard. Link your kids accounts via the activation email sent to you. Now you can easily switch accounts between both kids in the DM app.
