Complex cases typically require longer treatment times, more detailed planning, and specialized techniques, which may increase overall costs.

Lingual braces (hidden braces) – fully customised systems placed behind the teeth. These require specialised laboratory fabrication and advanced biomechanics. These systems use high-precision manufacturing and specialised alloys, including gold-based or nickel-titanium components. Lingual orthodontics is a technique-sensitive module of orthodontics and requires years of experience and training to be proficient. 

Most orthodontic cases take 12–24 months to complete.

More complex cases may require longer treatment periods.

Longer treatment duration may involve more adjustment visits and monitoring, contributing to a higher overall cost.

Some patients require adjunctive procedures that can affect overall cost, such as:

• Temporary anchorage devices (TADs)

• Traction Chains
